What’s Included:
You will have two virtual sessions with the dietitian over a 1 month time period depending on blood work results and length of time for iron treatment if needed.
First session: (60 minutes)
Introductory consult where I discuss your child’s health history, goals, review their food and supplement intake currently and conduct a thorough assessment of them as a whole.
Second session: (30-45 minutes)
Health plan delivery where I provide individualized recommendations of supplements and foods to meet any iron (or other nutrient) deficiencies found.
When booking, simply book the Nutrition for Childhood Iron Deficiency – Initial Consultation and we can schedule the second session when we meet.
