Brazilian lymphatic drainage uses firmer, more rhythmic strokes than the classic light-pressure technique. It is the protocol we use for post-cosmetic-surgery recovery, body-contouring follow-through, and stubborn fluid retention. Sessions run 60 or 90 minutes, and pressure is matched to your stage of recovery.

LINFA Method with Crystal Tait
The LINFA Method works lymphatic drainage, fascial release, and nervous-system regulation in a single session. It suits patients whose presentation crosses fluid retention, fascial restriction, and nervous-system load rather than swelling alone. Crystal Tait, RMT is the clinic's only LINFA-certified practitioner.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage with Our RMT Team
Every first visit opens with an intake and a contraindication screen, and your RMT recommends the protocol from there. With five Brazilian-trained RMTs on staff, most patients can book post-surgical sessions twice a week or settle into a maintenance schedule without waiting. All are registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. For clinical lymphedema management that requires the classic Vodder protocol specifically, we will refer to a Vodder-certified specialist.
