Pick the discipline closest to what brought you in. If you are unsure, book any chiropractor, RMT, or physiotherapist and your practitioner will assess the concern first and refer you internally if a different discipline fits better. You will not pay twice.
Yes. Many patients combine chiropractic with massage, or physiotherapy with osteopathy. Practitioners on the same shared concern communicate directly. Book each appointment through JaneApp or ask reception to coordinate.

Yes. Every practitioner holds their professional registration: three chiropractors with the CCO, six RMTs with the CMTO, a pelvic-floor physiotherapist (MScPT), an osteopathic manual practitioner (M.OMSc), and a registered psychotherapist (RP). No treatment is delegated.
Patients switch within the clinic regularly, usually as a concern evolves (e.g. acute pain shifts to maintenance care, or a chiropractic patient adds psychotherapy). Just book the new practitioner. Your file stays in one place.
Most disciplines have same-week availability. JaneApp shows live openings for every practitioner. Reception can also call to confirm or rebook if the practitioner you want is full.
